Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant serves real and authentic Southern catfish, not the generic type. The price is reflective of the quality, with great southern flavor and perfect seasoning. The food is made to order, fresh, and delicious. You truly get what you pay for here. The management is excellent and the cook is skilled. Highly recommend.
I did some digging to locate a good catfish spot in the area, and this was the place that came up quite a few times. It's located in between the O'Reilly auto parts and the Desoto animal hospital . Finally got a chance to try this place and I can say that I was expecting a bit more. Taste wise, but was not over seasoned which is good. However, I felt like something was missing to just distinguish it from other places; I didn't get that here. Menus are clear cut and simple so there's no confusion . They accept cash and debit cards. Staff is super friendly and polite. The meal was made to order, perfecto and the catfish filets were a nice size which I liked. Overall decent place, prices could also be better too.
HANDS DOWN! THE BEST CATFISH IN DFW! No one else can come close. They sell ACTUAL CATFISH AND NOT SWAI! Most of these restaurants in Dallas is advertising catfish but it 's swai. They are pricey, HOWEVER, I 'll pay the price for good food. It 's seasoned well and they have good meaty fries. I 've been bamboozled by too many restaurants disguising Swai as catfish, sadly most people here doesn 't know the difference. Catfish filets has a long rubbery string in the middle. Swai doesn 't have a scent and you can smell al of the grease and seasoning on top of the Swai. Other places that might sell catfish isn 't as seasoned and the filets are small. You can 't go wrong with Way to Go
The fish was fresh! It's worth the price and the service is speedy. I wouldn't mind coming back when I'm on that side of town.
Delicious catfish. Flavorful, crispy, juicy, and piping hot. French fries were well seasoned too. Only downside was no hushpuppies on the menu. Also their Way2go sauce is so delicious! It's like a flavorful mix between tarter sauce and Siracha ranch. Fish is slightly on the greasier side for those who are sensitive.
