Sonic Drive-in - DeSoto

Not sure if it's because they're underused or just slow, but I have to wait more than 25 minutes, even if it's just a drink! I'd rather drive 20 minutes than get what's only 4 minutes away from me!

Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, but unfortunately the drinks never taste correct. This was our 3rd visit in one week, and neither time did the drinks taste right. The big red, was watered down or just flat each visit, the cherry limeade taste like fruit punch sprite no cherry or lime ??‍ great disappointment, unfortunately I went somewhere else!

Seriously understaffed. Slow but I will be back because of a young petite woman. Her multitasking and customer service skills are superb. She will be recruited to work in an office.

Sad?! Skip Sonic! Great place if you like snapping Sea Turles, horrible service w/a side of attitude, rolling eyes wasting plz stop by!!! WASTED 18 ! To far to turn around was leaving town. Please give them customer service training, Young lady rolled her eyes when asked for condiments, which were originally ordered w/my#10 tens, gentlemen worker outside with food gloves on. Waited 30 mins for food wondering if his gloves were changed, paper thin dry chicken sandwich on burnt buns, cold hard old ?!

Nobody answers the drive thru, i called them while i was in line a women said she’s working the drive thru right now. So why can you answer the phone but not the drive thru customers? I witnessed like 10 cars leave due to no answer. I waited over 15 minutes then left. I recommend everyone to go to the sonic by Sam’s they answered under a minute. If i could go 0 stars i would
