Jack In The Box - Desert Hot Springs

Decided to order breakfast for my work crew at 4:30 am. Waited 30 mins in line for 4 breakfast platter and one loaded breakfast combo with a water and every single order was missing something and the hash browns were old and hard. The sandwich was completely missing the egg and just had two sausage patties.

Ordered 30$ worth of food the whole order was cold and wrong and food safety violation. Those woman need to be fired they are going to get somebody sick serving old food. I'll will be back in the morning to speak with the manager because if you dont want todo your job the quit don't serve old food I spent 30$ smh. The tortilla was hard as a rock the chicken had cheese because it was old food everything was a food violation they served me and I ordered online smh they need to be fired this isn't the first time but it will be the last.

Curly fries were old and the drive thru attendant was careless to ask if I wanted any sauce very bland attitude.

The girl on the intercom first asked if I wanted to try their bagels and when I asked for her to come again, she said egg rolls lmao I nearly died laughing because they don 't sound anything alike! I did get my current comfort of the crispy spicy chicken wraps and they were on point as always with a Red Bull Infusion :

The employees are very nice and sufficient especially in the Drive-thru....
