Mcdonald's - Des Plaines

I placed a mobile order during my lunch break. waits in restaurant for 28 minutes in total so they can tell me that they can not cancel and refund my order. again I was on the clock and could not wait longer than I had. I had to leave or refund the restaurant without my food. this restaurant is constantly müll. consistent.

I had order a number 7 meal and was not satisfied with what I received. First of all there may be a problem with the intercom and my reasoning is that I received a medium fry when I ordered a large. And this could have been a mistake but one of my cheeses burgers had all the toppings and sauces on the bun but the distracted workers served it to me without the pattie.

Terrible drive thru team. Rude front person. They only hustle you. I ask for plain. Gave no cheese. And put everything else but what I asked for.They need a manager check crew check.

As expected from a franchise restaurant, very clean and brightly lit with the McDonald's food we al know. I especially like the ability to order using the kiosk so I can tailor my meal exactly as I want AND they then bring it to your table!

Normally during the day it’s fast and organized. At night, drive through is way too long and workers are lazy and not professional. Multiple times I’ve been charged for things and they’re missing. Don’t go to this mcdoanlds.
