Dunkin' - Des Plaines

I love the service. The night guy Ian is very friendly and deals with my crazy family and our long orders. We come here sometimes just to see him haha! It's hard to find good service these days.

This locations biggest asset is the huge dining area and cleanliness. Otherwise it?s your typical DD. Staff was not friendly with no hellos or a thank you.

This is one of the worst locations. It?s difficult to get to and the workers seem to be lazy. They turn off the lights (even to the menus in the drive thru) 1 hour before closing so people don?t come. I they never have things in stock. I won?t waste timeor gas coming here again

Usually using drive through and always satisfied . a man looks like manager or owner is really nice everytime.

Bad customer service. Waited 10 minutes for my drink and it wasn?t even made right.
