Burger King - Des Plaines

Dreadful customer service in the evening. drive the times are ridiculously long I had to wait 30 minutes only decided to leave at this time.

Ok folks, this my last time when Im ordering anything at Burger King, today I’ve been assaulted by manager of Burger King, she is African American lady and she threw it out my phone out of my hand, good thing is I have an everything on video.

Honestly horrible customer service. We just had an order and we were missing an order of fries, and with such an ugly attitude she had the nerve to tell us no we didn't. Over an order of fries. It's ridiculous. After she saw that WE DID order an extra order of fries she didn't even apologize for the hostile attitude. She just gave us the fries with such an ugly attitude. Never again will I step in this burger King location.

They have made me 3 different paintings wrong. the food was tasteless. 50 cent for salat loading is ridiculous. The pop tasted flat. So asked for a new one. Something so that I tasted regular and still like no enough syrup in the mix. time and money.

Who hires these people!!!!! Ordered two impossible whoppers and 8 piece jalapeño bites.. Got 6 of them and this is what the whoppers look like!!
