Koibito Poke Des Peres

My boss and I stopped in for a lunch meeting a few days ago and tried this place for the first time. Koibito blows Crazy Bowls Wraps out of the water with their Poke bowls. FRESH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT...everything was delicious! Stacey and Ron, the owners, were there and Stacey even stepped behind the counter to start making bowls when the lunch crowd came in! My boss and I were so impressed we will be using them to cater some lunches for our drivers! Highly recommended

It was my first time here. I got a promotion, so I tried it out. There was only one staff by that time and she was very apologetic because she has her hands full. We were about 5 sets of people ordering in store, plus the online orders that she was handling. You could see she was struggling and yet she was saying sorry because there was supposed to be another staff. Nevertheless, I waited and I don't regret it a bit! The food was great and fresh! I highly recommend it!

My wife and I love Koibito and are frequent visitor’s for lunch and dinner. The bowls are amazing and the staff provide exceptional service. Huge shout out to Jon who always greets us with a smile and we enjoy the few minutes conversing as he prepares our bowls. We will keep coming back.

Love it here. I would go to this place 3 times a week if I didn't have any self respect or decency. My only critique is to make sure you keep an eye when they start putting sauce on it. They will DOUSE your bowl on sauce if you don't stop em early.

This was my first time at a poke restaurant but Sara was fabulous!! She helped guide me and gave me some tastings to make sure my experience was great! Definitely recommend!
