Bidra med feedbackThis is now the third time in a row that I have been brought a different item then what I ordered! Ordered the Jaeger schnitzel and was brought out the pork shank. While good it wasn't what I ordered. The appetizers that we ordered never were brought out to the tabel. The table was dirty but it was Saturday evening and they were busy so take that as it is. My guest had ordered another beer and never got it, waited 30 minutes for it before the waitress came by and said they forgot to pour it and they are out of it now. Asked for a refill of water but that didn't happen. To top everything thing off the table we were at was crawling in sugar ants. Overall this time has been the most disappointing and will make reconsider eating here in the future. The food is still good but the little things just keep adding up.Men's bath room was needing good cleaning. Parking: Parking lot is very small and hard to get in and out of. Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the time a wheel chair can get around.
Been going here for 20+ years and always a good experience.Note it can get loud and busy. Usually weekend nights.
Food was excellent. Great experience and atmosphere.
If you are curious about the German theme, or better yet, you like German beers, this is a good place. If you want authentic German food, you will be disappointed. I had the two sausage platter and the Knockwurst came cut in half and fried! (Hint: it's supposed to be whole and steamed in hot water, nothing else). The Bratwurst was OK, but it's a fine meat, not the typical coarse meat. The Sauerkraut was way too sour and had a funky taste, some spice that's not supposed to be there. I get better Kraut at my grocery store. The Warsteiner Pilsener was great, though. Very noisy place and when I needed the server's attention, she was nowhere to be found. Also had you wait almost 10 minutes before anybody told me to just sit anywhere. A sign to that effect would be nice.
This is my favorite German restaurant! Wait til you see the taps! Great authentic german food!
