Ordered a hot schnitzel gravy pack where it states GRAVY on the side and it comes with NO GRAVY? Night officially ruined. Old, cold chips and mangled chicken. Demanded my money back on Uber. Have been a regular customer here, but will not return. Asked for minimum chips and got a ‘cup’ for $4.80! The chicken was dry, hard and cold and the burger was cold too. The store did apologise and offer to replace if I came back, but I would not eat food from there again. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It took me a while to decide what to order because as a gluten-free member of society, I was spoilt for choice!!!
