Good day! Yesterday was the second time at the Zherelo GRC.... Why was it the second time? Because I liked Complex the first time. Everything is OK: friendly staff, nature, nice rooms, fishing, all that. There is one but that spoils the impression of the complex and that is ....... the cost of fishing without the prospect of catching anything. The price of golden fish is UAH 500 for 2 kilograms of fish (in April of this year it was UAH 400 for 3 kg) and this despite the fact that the price of live fish that can be bought on the Internet starts from UAH 65 and ends at UAH 120 per kilogram . But it 's not about 500 hryvnias, which you pay regardless of whether you get caught or not!!!!! I came for the fishing experience! The point is the lack of opportunity to catch fish at all!!! No bite for half a day!!!! And we are not the only such bad fishermen!!! At least two more companies remained with a nose . And what did we get (my wife and I daughter with son-in-law and two grandchildren) for 1000 hryvnias, who took nothing from us???? And nothing.... I 'll think about whether it 's worth coming there again!!! In confirmation of his words, the size of the crucians that were given to us in the restaurant also testifies to the stockedness of the reservoir. About 13-15 cm each!!! PS I was impressed by the restaurant, it is the lack of part of the drinks that are on the list of the menu! Because it turns out to be the end of Sunday!!! Sadly! Make amends! Not everyone comes to drink vodka and misbehave with discipline , some come only to GET EXPERIENCE from fishing. In April, we easily caught 3 kg of carp and enjoyed them in the restaurant. Overall the place is not bad and has very good potential. But the service is at zero level. A year ago it wasn't so bad, but now it's terrible. You have to wait at least an hour for breakfast, I am writing this review while waiting for breakfast for 1.5 hours already. I waited half an hour for the waiter, almost an hour for the order. The waitress shouted at us in response to our questions. There is no coffee the beans have run out. You are constantly waiting for an order in a restaurant, the excuse is this: we are only two waiters and there is force majeure in the kitchen. And so three days of force majeure. The restaurant administrator does not answer the phone. You have to constantly look for everyone. Upon arrival, the light in the bathroom did not work in the room, they reported twice, after that they responded. I wonder how the cleaning lady managed in the dark. I saw that people leave garbage near the rooms, it is not taken away, it lies in the heat. Terrible, very terrible. There are many people, and the staff is few people, it should not be like that. But prices are rising, the pool is already 500, for residents 250. I do not recommend this source of negativity. Rooms: The new houses are beautiful and modern. In the old houses and rooms, everything is already a little tired, the plumbing is leaking, everything needs renovation. But I do not recommend staying at this location.
