Sangams - Derbyshire Dales

Dont believe everything that you read. Like an earlier reviewer, I am suspicious of reviews that are the total opposite of the bulk of reviews for an establishment. An ulterior motive? Tried Sangams for the first time last week. The young man who initially served us was very quiet-shyness? From then on the manager served us and he was the perfect host. The food was excellent. The chicken in the jalfrezi was some of the tastiest that I have had in a curry. If you like surprises, have the vegetable samosas-honestly. The curry was stuffed with chicken and came with an enormous naan. We had already had poppadums and a starter. I finished the curry and left a scrap of naan. When the manager came to clear the table, he congratulated me on my appetite saying that I had passed the test! Please note that the jalfrezi comes mild, medium or hot. I went for the medium and was disappointed at the mildness of the curry. We have just moved to Hathersage and I am delighted to have Sangams as my local curry house.

Takeaways good. We get takeaways from here frequently. Never disappointed.

Now, what can I say that this place is in brand tomorrow after a ruby murray, the employees are amazing that the curry is even better. never left the place in bad mood, on my son.

The best Indian in sheffield by far. the front of the house staff is very friendly and welcoming and the chefs cook the most delicious food. such a great atmosphere and location is perfect. many thanks for a beautiful evening.
