I ordered my drink on Nov. 30 around 4:30 p.m. it should be half off for YAY DAY.It wasn’t, but I didn’t realize it until after I left. I called 10 times and nobody answered. That’s ridiculous.

Don't order online on a sunday unless you got patience, which is what they thank you for having as you watch the order tray fill up.

We ordered four drinks during a Saturday morning rush. Our first three drinks came out quickly, but the pumpkin cream cold brew took 40 minutes. Every time I asked for the status on my drink, they said that they were “backed up,” which was understandable, but I watched as everyone got their drink before mine and left. Not coming back sadly.
