Panera Bread - Derby

When we got home we did not have all our food so I called the manager who took down our address said she would mail us a gift card for $20. While driving by this evening my wife reminded me of this, asking if we received the card yet. We have not.

Messed up my order. Wanted avacado on sandwich, ordered it that way, didn't have it on when brought out, then they acted like I was just trying to get free avacado. Didn't appreciate Manager asking in rude tone, “What do you want us to do, make you another sandwich? I said, “No, just bring me some avacado for my sandwich and it will be fine.

I had a disappointing experience at this Panera. I placed an order for delivery and received the salad that I asked for — but topped with fried wontons instead of the tortilla strips it was supposed to have. I have an allergy to wheat and could not eat any of my food. It was too late to place another other at that point, but I called to see if I could receive a reimbursement of some kind. As always the food is good…but portions are waaaay too small for a man. Just FYI!

One of our sandwiches was to be toasted and warmed, when we go it it wasn't toasted and cold. Not very good.
