Bidra med feedbackWe have visited here some paints as the deaf couple, but it was the first time yesterday that I saw yo sushi staff communicating in the sign language, which is an amazing moment and that is something I would love all restaurants in the situation to do it. Many thanks, a young lady with blonde hair for us facilitated, I'm sorry that I didn't get her name
This place is by no means cheap. but today I had to hunt myself the buttons, soy sauce, washabi and ingwer was handed over to me as a falsification of individual portion tiny baggies with no container to pack them. the strawberry cheese cake mochi was still served frozen in the inner (no it should not be ice) and from any bottom covered in cherry sauce the endless refilling of tee was impossible to obtain a refill. this will teach me to stay with bonzai sushi the next time, because yos staff seems too busy hiding in the corner and stacking to actually
Very bad experience poor place very expensive not worth it for the money only some items are roating then we ordered from menu
I went to this restaurant with my family last night (August 22nd) after a day of shopping. Overall, I felt that the food was too expensive for the portion sizes we received. We paid £8.95 for a small saucer with only 4 tiny items on it. The restaurant seemed a bit dirty, possibly due to the decor. However, the worst part was the condition of the men's restroom.
The place looks a bit worn. Clean, but ready for a sprucing up. The cost of the plates , for what you get, isn't quite right. Something seems out of whack. The sushi rice was warm and the rolls were tiny. I'm not being picky but they were half the size that they used to be. 60 quid later and I was a little bit let down. As mentioned before, the staff were lovely and polite.
