The New Water Margin - Derby

We love this restaurant, we all know employees. the best must be Sunday and dim sum, this is some of the best tasting and quality dim sum they will find in Britain and very consistent.

I have eaten here with my younger sister at a couple of places, his a great place, every time the crispy roast escape was absolutely amazing. great service. we would like to eat here again.

Well after a year and a half we went back to try it out after the issues they had with hygiene and closing due to covid restrictions.The staff were all really polite and happy and its all nice and spaced out.The food, well it was all perfect. So nice and tasty with large portions and all piping hot.I feel that they have made an extra effort to please customers which is really good and we will be going back there soon.I did not ask what hygiene rating they now have as i forgot.I think the price has gone up, but this is to be expected in the current climate and besides which its worth it for what you get so not a problem.

Excellent everything they can eat on Monday night. large choice, cooked to order. eating was excellent and very valuable!

The claim of £98 for 4 people for all-you-can-eat is misleading. We were required to specify our choices on a paper menu, limiting what we could order. Additionally, many of the food items were heavily seasoned with onions, which I can still taste. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
