Bidra med feedbackMy friend ordered the champagne breakfast, but I opted for the classic full English breakfast. We both enjoyed our meals. I'm very particular about full English breakfasts, and unfortunately, I've had more bad experiences than good. The bacon was tasteless, the sausages were bland, and the eggs were rubbery. It was like trying to fix a flat bike tire with them. This was the complete opposite of the excellent full English breakfast I had at Lisa Jean Brasserie. Every component was cooked to perfection, nothing was left sitting around, and the mushrooms were particularly delicious. The fried eggs were cooked perfectly, not overdone, and the black and white pudding, roasted tomatoes, and toast were all top-notch. I can't fault a single element of the meal. The venue itself was beautiful, with a 1930s art deco vibe that made me feel like I was in a Poirot novel. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
Beautiful full English breakfast today as usual. great start to the day of my birthday. such high quality food cooked to time after the time, every time! hot eating, warm plate and excellent, courtier service. love eating here and worth every penny. we also had a few lattes and if I really struggle to find a mistake, a smaller one would be that I want them to be much warmer and my second asked to be hotter, but it can only be their machine as this can be common at some places I order coffee. this was a very low disorder, although on an otherwise excellent food experience. I'm looking forward to my next visit! lisa jeans competitors are nowhere near any level.
The champagne breakfast was absolutely thrilled. the quality was good. the personal, where very professional. I'm back for more.
This restaurant is great, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.
We took the team here for a champagne breakfast to catch up with an ex work colleague. The champagne breakfast is great value, fabulous food and fantastic service. One small gripe, and I appreciate you’re paying for the ambience and surroundings but I did feel that £40 a bottle was a large markup for the own brand Aldi champagne served that I can buy for a tenner. It did make it feel like the drink was being done ‘on the cheap’, that said definitely still a five star experience and highly recommended.
