Frankie Benny's New York Italian Littleover

Matt is exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Matt and believe he deserves a pay raise. His service was impeccable, attentive, and delightful. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

Looked like this F&B has closed down, no name or anything associated with F B now visible. Googled this and rumours suggest it has closed down.

Food was good however what really made our trip to Frankie and Benny's special this evening was our server Sarah. She was fantastic interacting with our toddler, even taking him to blow up a balloon, which he loved. Had great knowledge of allergy advice for...my mother. We would definitley visit this Frankie and Benny's again.

Visited here on Sunday Sept with a Groupon voucher. Waited at the entrance to be shown to our reserved table but the waitress appeared to be too busy gassing with the bar staff to pay us attention bearing in mind there were very few...diners in. Shown to our table. Waitress seemed a bit childish talking loudly, giggling and rabbiting on. Waited a bit too long to be offered a drink. But then...... Sarah took over looking after us. What a difference. Welcoming, attentive, polite, friendly. Superb service. She served our drinks, took the food order and delivered the food to our table. Great food, great value. Will definitely dine there again but I would be tempted to nip in and see who is on duty. Sarah is brilliant and the waitress could do well to learn by Sarah's example. Thank you Sarah x

We often visit for breakfast. Great value for lovely food. The staff are always excellent, especially Sarah.
