Costa Coffee - Derby

This version of costa coffee is a pronto. the name was very suitable for the name at this opportunity. the service was very fast, the staff took my order and within a few minutes I got my order. I've been here before, and the service was a little slower. it is a compact area little supplier, but for a decent cup coffee it is quite good. there is a seating area for which they want to wait for their train or for someone.

Very nice people, loverly girls enjoying their work. Only issue I had was I ordered a white hot chocolate, served very fast, all good except when asked “would you like chocolate” I said I’m fine, but she put it on anyway… I think she was on autopilot… so now I don’t have a white chocolate anymore but some light brown powdery mixture… still drank it, but was not really what I wanted. But service and everything is great otherwise, you can tell they all love working together :

Warm welcoming staff who served with a smile. Will Definitely be using this Costa again.
