Chaiiwala Derby

I ordered a cheese and chutney toast sandwich, however, the toast was overcooked and too hard to bite into. I had to throw it away, which was a waste of money.

The tea was fantastic, but being from out of town I inquired about a discount that I am accustomed to in Manchester. The lady working there rudely told me that they do not offer such discounts, despite it being just one cup. I believe it is fair to ask, especially since other branches have provided similar discounts. The food was delicious, but the staff's attitude was disappointing and disrespectful.

Bilal, who I believe is the store manager, provided excellent service. The new staff at the restaurant are wonderful and it's about time they hired employees who appreciate customers. The food and tea were both outstanding, a perfect 10 out of 10.

Ordered 2 Keema and Roti and 2 cokes total Inc deliver £22, although the food was great, the portion was tiny. 2 roti was fine but the pot of keema was tiny. Way over priced for what we got.
