Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Was there and left like few minutes ago food always good love the shroom burger and the girl Sam that was working the bar tonight was doing an awesome and amazing job!!

The food was really good. Our server was great too. They did run out of alot of things on the menu though. I don't know if this happens a lot but many of the menu items were unavailable as a result.

Went to RR today. Waiter came up unmasked. I said I wasnt comfortable with him unmasked (relative died of covid, 2 others got covid from unmasked Applebees). He went to get a mask and was mocking me to his coworkers. I told him I was leaving. Kudos to the hostess and acting mgr who were masked. I went to another burger place down the road, where employees were masked. I never had a bad experience at Red Robin until this...and this wasnt really bad, just disappointing. Apparenty RR has a mask optional policy for their employees (easy to fake a vax card you know). They should post that up front so customers can chose whether to eat there or not. Will go back to RR if they get a better mask policy or covid is gone.

The waiter was suuuper sweet and the burgers were okay, but the sides were super disapointing. My sweet potatoe fries were super burnt and our onionrings got served cold..

I have a 91 year old friend who loves Red Robin's onion rings. I used my mobile app to order them and drove 45 minutes to pick them up. It made her day, and it was well worth the effort just to see the surprised look, then the big smile on her face.
