Mcdonald's - Deptford

Very inconsistent. I 've gone all times of the day. It 's always hit or miss. The evening/night times are the worst. Once, I actually parked and walked in because the drive-through was long. Well, the employees were yelling and cursing at each other. They were arguing over who would clean up a table that had trash on it. The lady ordering in front of me only spoke Spanish. The female taking the order didn 't seem to know what to do. She just stood there waiting, hardly paying attention, as the lady was getting frustrated. Like help the poor lady, show a picture (you were on your phone anyway), or hold up a cup or something.The morning crew seems the best. I feel bad giving such low stars because there are a few really good workers, but the few lazy ones really affect the place.For example, once I was given a medium drink when I ordered a large. When I asked why, I was told, Oh, the machine messed up. Like, huh? Well, get the cup and fill it yourself then if you see the automatic cup machine messed up. Once, I had to request new fries because they gave me these old oily, dry cold fries. Like, didn 't you see they were horrible. But, then I 'll go the next time and everything will be beyond perfect. Like I said, Very Inconsistent.This is not something you want to be, especially with the new Wawa and Burger King just opening across the street.

Never got the chance to order the food. I stood on line to order. No one ever came to acknowledge us. My husband asked an employee is someone taking orders. He yelled to the back 3x someone was needed at the register. A customer waiting on his food yelled another 2x someone was needed at the register. Needless to say no one never came to take our order so we left and went to another one. We're old fashioned we like the face to face when completing our transactions. Apparently this one doesn't offer that. My first and last time going there.

It was McDonald's but clean and the young fellow behind the counter was very nice and helpful.

Average mcdinalds with kind staff but lacklustre food.

Took out Saturday morning 8am Jan 13 2024. Ordered a sasuage egg and cheez mc griddle meal and a mc griddle no egg 2 hash browns. Got my meal only got 1 sandwich pulled back around told them they advised me the mc griddle no egg was not on my receipt they would have to charge me for it. Ok no problem while im waiting im reading the add on the window that says 2 mc griddles for $3.33. They charge me $5.and change for 1 mc griddle... i felt robbed...you guys are robbing people
