Wawa - Deptford Twp

I live near the Wawa on Delsy Drive in Westville, and I have had multiple bad experiences with the woman who makes sandwiches late at night. It seems like customer service is not a priority for her, as she consistently makes mistakes with my orders. The sandwiches are often made with stale bread that is hard as a rock, and the meatball sandwiches have even been served with frozen meatballs. The woman also appears miserable and clearly needs a change of attitude. It's frustrating to receive incorrect orders multiple times, and it's disappointing that management allows her to continue making the same mistakes. Overall, I have not had a good experience at this Wawa location.

It is unfortunate that despite some great staff members, the food service at this restaurant is lacking. Orders are often incorrect and preparation is inconsistent. Some employees seem to not care about the quality of the food. However, there is one girl who consistently makes perfect drinks and is always cheerful. The chicken tenders are always overcooked and tough. In comparison, the sandwiches at Wawa down the street are much better made. As a contractor who frequents Wawa, I have noticed a significant difference in the quality of food between the two establishments.
