Rachels Mediterranean Grill - Depew

I had a horrible experience today. I ordered Greek fries with chicken added to them. I came in at 7:30pm (they close at 8pm). I expected for some of the items to possibly be unavailable due to it being the end of the night. I did not expect the service I received. The woman at the register was rude. She gave an attitude as if I shouldn 't have placed an order at this time. She asked me if I was getting any thing else on the fries I said Yes, vegetables . The woman then stepped away to place the fries in the deep fryer. I took a seat because I was sensing that she was annoyed and I just wanted my order so I could leave. The woman cooks the fries for a few minutes then gets up puts them in a box puts the toppings she chose on the fries (when I already explained to her that I wanted to add vegetables) closes the box and advised me to come get the fries. I instantly go up to yhe register and state I wanted to choose my toppings, as I explained earlier, I wanted vegetables . She then said well I added what comes on them anything else is extra. I advised her that the vegetable options are not extra and if they are I am willing to pay additional (because she has already been paid for my order). The other employee there tells her it 's fine she then says well what exactly do you want on it them. I name off the vegetables and explain this is inappropriate I am suppose to have an option of what I want on my food without being made to feel as if I 'm doing something wrong. This is not my first bad experience with this location. Every other location provides excellent customer service. I will not return to this location.Update: Upon inspecting what was under the extreme amount of feta added, there was infact no chicken added. The rating should be a negative number tbh.

My friend and I went in the Rachel’s to get some food. My friend got salad in which she realized there was a dead fly in there and asked for a new food item. After hearing about it the employee said ofcourse but never changed out the lettuce. I thought mine would be fine due to it having completely different ingredients but I ended up getting food poisoning.

Always great service, clean restaurant, and fresh food!

Don't know why they have 3 stars. I walked in and Kasheev hooked me up with fresh food fast during a high stress day at work. Made my day buddy!

Not that it's the end of the world although these are not fresh cut fries they are more like a fresh cut bag of frozen processed fries. Wouldn't have wasted $5 on lousy fries!
