Bidra med feedbackHer service is terrible the worst wendys. I have wendys three times in this week nonne of them even had close to being the smallest bit bad. my sandwich was dry, I couldn't even finish it. because I'm so busy, I don't understand why the filet was so dry.
Had to ask twice for hot frits and fresh salat tomaten. if it is not hot, take it back
The order i placed was wrong. No pickles due to allergies. I pulled up to the takeout window and after not getting a solution was threatened that the police would be called. The Manager told me he is a federal agent.I am going to take this to the media and most likely the police. This Manager said he isa federal agent .What a liar
The manager wanted me to move my car from the drive through i.i ordered NO pickles and wanted my order made fresh while I pulled over to park .pickles on the order and he claimed to be A Federal Agent.i have this on video I think I should report the manager for impersonating a federal agent.
Stopped at this spot at 8PM, had to use the washroom, the lobby was closed. 2 employees were sitting outside just chillin, chattin on their phones. Nice to see shutting the lobby down early means more time to do nothing for staff. Went thru the drive thru for a quick bite. New guy at the first window had no clue about their hours or what time the lobby usually operates. Girl at second window didnt even speak to me or make eye contact. Whats happening to the fast food industry customer service is really embarrassing. And ppl get paid for this. Smh.
