We bought a large pizza basket of onion rings. We ordered early for pick-up. They said 6:00. They came to the window and asked our name and DISAPPEARED. We waited in line for around 20 minutes while other customers did as well behind us. They never gave us an explanation for the wait, but beings, it was our 1st trip we decided to split a piece of pizza and an onion ring on the way out of the drive thru. The pizza LITERALLY tasted like it had been refrigerated and put in the oven for 3 minutes while the O 'rings fried! 30 some ! We were going to go inside and complain, but the line was out on the road from waiting behind us for so long. I contacted them through their website when we got home and never even got a response! I didn 't even ask for a refund. I just asked for a partial one because the onion rings were pretty good. We had planned on taking our family there later on in the week, but they have lost customers for life!! SMH
