Bidra med feedbackMy husband took me for lunch today (my birthday is tomorrow). EVERYTHING was great! From the hostess, waitress, owner, bus boy. They were all very friendly. The food... wow! We started out with ceviche. Yum! I had the scallops and my husband had the fish and shrimp platter. The breading on his fish and shrimp is the BEST we 've ever tasted. It was very thin, with good flavor, not a thick breading. The coleslaw was light and plentiful. Big portions of everything and everything was freshly made. Our waitress, Crystal, was very nice and waited on us perfectly! AND they put me on their birthday club right away. What a deal! You 'll have to go see what yours is. Can 't believe we 've been in the Denver area for over 30 yrs and never went there! This will be our 'go-for-seafood ' place from now on!
Food wasn’t hot, and portion size was small for the fisherman’s platter and pricing. Then again the Midwest maybe isn’t the best place for seafood. The woman who served us was OUTSTANDINGLY KIND, and the host was a very kind man as well. It is a lovely place for a special dinner, birthdays, dates. Very charming aquatic dining aroma, It was a little pricey for the quality, the Garlic mashed potatoes tasted amazing as well as the fried calamari. The only issue would be that it was all lukewarm which is an easy fix
Best sea food in Colorado! Should never been to Fresh Fish Company go there also when you go sign up for there birthday discount on your birthday. Whatever age you are that is your discount, so make sure you sign up for the birthday discount!
Huge variety of seafood options with each dish highlighting a unique pairing. All of the plates for the table were executed with fine presentation from the cooks. Enjoyable to skip the “downtown restaurant tax” and support a local neighborhood establishment.
We started with the crab and artichoke dip, which was so delicious it could have easily served as a meal on its own, followed by a salad, and I opted for a cup of seafood gumbo — it was fantastic! Unfortunately, by the time our main courses arrived, we were almost full. My wife had the crab alfredo, and I went for a mixed dish of salmon and tilapia. Both were rich in flavor. We couldn't finish our entrees because we had indulged too much in our appetizers, but that was our own doing, not a reflection on the restaurant itself. The atmosphere was superb, and the aesthetics were extraordinary, with beautiful fish arrangements and tanks throughout the restaurant. The maitre d' even came by to check on our experience, which was great. We will definitely be returning.
