Bidra med feedbackEating was fine. We had expected a higher quality, but McDonald?s or chick-fil-A is better. Don't order. We ordered online for 630 and they had it ready to sit 540 straight. I also called to change the pickup time and they had no idea where my order was. If you eat here, show yourself and order.
The Colorado burger is GREAT. I can't wait to try the tangerine milkshake. The french fries were fresh and hot. The cashier was so helpful and had a great attitude. This was our first visit to an actual store. We tried a burger from SmashBurger at Red Rocks and couldn't stop thinking how good it was. The anniversary celebration this past weekend was right on time! Delish food!
They do not follow order instructions. And a burger swimming in ketchup is not ideal. Also, how much salt do onion rings need. Not a good way to get repeat customers.
If I could give less stars I would. I went in there with my family. The girl taking the order was nice enough to us?.but when another family kindly waited for thirty minutes to have their order taken only for her to tell them that she was closing (this was at 9:30 mind you . They left in complete frustration. She brought our order out, and it was not right. They gave my husband my fries and his mine. They had it all mixed up and confused. My daughter ordered a chocolate shake. They gave her an Oreo shake. We weren?t going to complain, but another gentleman walked in and asked to have his order taken. She was very rude and told him that she was closing. He confronted her on the situation saying that was only 930 and that it posts that they are open till 10. She told him that she needed to start cleaning up and that the restaurant was closing. He said that he would like the manager?s number. She said that she was the manager (she was obviously lying about that. . He said that he would like her bosses number. She asked him to leave HER restaurant. She proceeded to threaten to call the cops on him and yelled at him cussing words and all. I felt so uncomfortable, that I told my family we needed to leave. We stood up to leave. My husband told the cashier that the way she was treating the customer was unacceptable. All he was wanting to do was get his order taken in a restaurant that was not supposed to close until 10:00 pm. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
This is the perfect restaurant however they have an employee named Abbey that needs to retrained due to her attitude issue. Everyone seems to be working toward the goal of complete customer satisfaction however there's always a bad apple that gives the entire effort a push in the wrong direction! Wow I now know why my order was deliberately messed up. It's because I didn't pay a tip before it was made. First of all it was a to go order. Why would I pay a tip when my food is being given to me in a bag ? The difference between what I ordered and what was given to me it is obvious why I didn't. Not to mention the fact I had to drive all the way back to this establishment to get what I paid for. To think I once gave this place 5 stars and a glowing review.
