Saucy Bombay - Denver

A great find! The food was fresh and steaming. To order bread. Mango Lassi was creamy and delicious. In addition, we were offered a sample of each of the sauces. Why there is no line is beyond me, my friend and I will come back soon!

Visited this hidden jewel yesterday and was very impressed by food and customer service. The employee who took my order, Jerry, was very friendly and eager to give me an amazing first experience. He made amazing recommendations and allowed me to taste some of the exotic dishes. Strange, I actually work in sales and was very impressed by the ability to sell this gentleman. The food was amazing and quite affordable compared to other Indian restaurants that are not so clean or as trendy. Had an amazing experience in the restaurant! I actually liked it enough to come back the next day (today) and bring extra people. Try the corma!

Stopped by Saucy Bombay tonight to taste the food and was pleasantly surprised. For a fast, casual concept the food was delicious and a pretty good value. The staff offered a sampling of sauces, explains the various dish options, packings, bowls or plates with a variety of proteins and suggestions offered. The dining room was tidy and the bathroom. I will return in the future, maintain good work.

Wow! I wish I would have came here first! This place is soooo good! From the start, the owner was so friendly and upbeat. Asked if it was my first time here and gave me a bunch of samples to try. Ended up getting a bowl with basmatti rice, paneer cauliflower, and a mix of kadai and korma(really love the Korma especially! I also got the homemade garlic Naan, BY FAR THE BEST NAAN IVE EVER HAD! The owner let me watch him prepare it and it was awesome! Don't walk, run to this place! I'll be coming here from now on when I'm craving Indian food. Thank you so much!!

Fresh cooked naan?! So many levels of wow! I love the concept of this place! It's like Chipotle, Subway style Indian! I travel full time and have never find something this assume in regards to Indian cuisine. Everything was delicious and light tasting, I could tell it was all made with love and good intent. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Denver, hell... I might even stop for some take out on my way out of town tomorrow
