Bidra med feedbackFound this coffee shop on the way to the train from the airport and was so proud of myself for passing the subpar coffee options in the airport. Coffee is serious business and this place doesn't disappoint. The vanilla latte is smooth and strong, just like I like it. Seating is limited inside the shop, but there are plenty of tables outside in a covered space so you don't have to deal with the elements while you're enjoying your coffee.
The younger lady in hijab was very rude and dismissive. Came in to the shop and no one was even upfront and later when she appeared she was had an attitude and throw items around. Won’t go back.
Terrible coffee shop. I bought a tea from them and they charged me for a new tea when I asked for a refill on just hot water. Even though I already bought their teabags and cup. I never seen a place charge for faucet water . Even at DIA. They are also very rude. With no customer service skills especially the one woman who works around 1pm. They charge you for things before they check if they have it . Overall terrible experience every time as someone who works in the area everyday
This is a far cry from the OG roasting plant which I believe sits in the lower east side neighborhood of Manhattan. There you'll find enthusiastic baristas who will explain things before your beans get selected by the machine for roast. Yes you can watch them journey to the endpoint which is on the spot roasting and then brewing. It's one of the cool features of this brand of coffee store. Here there is lackluster service and apathy. The baristas are barely alive. The place always looks empty. I guess you could get some beans roasted here and that'd be the best use of this particular location. I wouldn't bother with the drinks. They're just as lackluster as the service.
Great coffee shop underneath the Westin hotel....escalators down of South Security when you walk out the doors, same floor as train tracks... quiet place to sit if waiting on your flight. It is befofe security to the gates.
