This place is great. The kitchen is creative and absolutely delicious. New menu, new manager and new cook combine to make it an n experience you want to repeat.
Fantastic new menu. We had the Hamachi, which was amazing with a beautiful taste profile. crisp. Jalapeño upstairs. Fresh. The wings were brownish and crispy and covered with a Chow-Khow. Some of the better wings I had in Denver. I can't say enough great things about cod with garlic cloves. It was a proposal and we didn't even touch it, but it could be my favorite dish we had! All seafood and meat dishes were perfect. We also tried the cauliflower with Pimento cheese that was delicious. The warm collar with framed cornbread was a well designed plate. The collars have a great taste and are accompanied by bacon and black eyes peas. The creamy maize bread is a unique dish almost like grits, but the taste was definitely maize bread. ****! You have some fun cocktails and I tried an apple-Moscow mule that has a much better name than that, but it was great. The bar staff was friendly and very helpful. We sat at the end of the bar and a man named Oose helped us. His attention to detail and recommendations was targeted. The place makes amazing food with amazing employees. We even have to watch our basketball team at the bar. We'll be back soon! Well done MK! Can't wait to sit on her deck when it's warm. It doubles the room and I can see that I can spend many evenings out this summer.
I found the description sharing menu a bit confusing. I would normally interpret that the proportion for two diners would be appropriate to share. My spouse and I enjoyed Hamachi, Potato Plate, Ente empanadas, and Japanese roasted chicken. All were tasteful and beautifully presented.
This place was a great find. We were a group of friends on our way to the airport after a ski trip in Breck and stopped here for brunch. The staff was so friendly and the food was great. Most of us ordered the Fried Chicken and it was amazing. Also we had a vegan in the group and although the menu had no vegetarian/vegan meals on it the chef was happy to make a very nice vegan dish. I have already recommended this place to a friend who is coming to Denver this week.
