Machete Tequila Tacos Colfax - Denver

Great Margarita selection. Also the lengua taco was fantastic.

We stayed in the other two Machete locations over the years and this was our first trip to Colfax because it was our anniversary, and the LoDo site was not open for seats, and I think Cherry Creek had no reservations later than 5:00, so we were excited to try this site. Minimum capacity, great service, social removal from all other diners, and the food quality was exactly what we expect over the years... Perfect!

12 drinks and 13 tacos $200. The Tacos, called Salsas, Margaritas, Guacamole and Chips are very good here. $5-6/taco $10 Beverages takes the tab quickly. I recommend lamb, lobster, shrimp, pork and chicken. Oh, the Jicama ceviche too. All right.

A quick dinner with a friend. Our server was really nice and talked to us a bit. Food was delicious and really came out fast. Very energetic there, with loud music and a diverse amount. Beverages are on the expensive side, usually around $11 on the cheapest but they were also very strong. Most menus are their selection of tacos.

The variety of margaritas was outstanding. The tongue taco was also amazing.
