Homegrown Tap Dough Wash Park - Denver

Homegrown is one of my girlfriend and I’s favorite spots. The food, drinks, ambience, and service are always 10/10. We always get the grinder, meatballs, and of course the fingerling potatoes. If we had to eat one thing for the rest of our lives, it would probably be the fingerling potatoes.

Great location with an atmosphere to match. Most importantly the food and service was outstanding. Pizza, meatball sliders, brussel sprouts all cooked to perfection. This was a business lunch with lots of conversations going on. The server was professional, polite and only interrupted our conversation at the appropriate times. Looking forward to going back in the near future.

Service was a bit slow for us, but the foods great. My only real issue with the place is that it's so close to the neighborhood that it kind of becomes entangled with whatever is happening next door. More specifically some dude was just lead blowing his drive way, but that kicked up loads of dirt and dust. I could see a cloud of it all around us in the patio area. Doesn't exactly make you want to finish your drink, you know?

Our waitress was awesome! But we were quoted 15min and had to wait 50 mins before we were sat. My Mom politely asked how much longer and was completely ignored by the MANAGER. The manager never once stop by to check on us or apologize for the inconvenience. Disappointing to see the manager have no respect for their guests.
