Bidra med feedbackIncredible dinner! The best dining experience I have had in a year—if not more. The staff was extremely hospitable. There were at least 7 members of the staff that brought us various portions of our meal or checked in on us. Guard and Grace manages to execute the high end steak house concept, without feeling stuffy or overly formal. The G&G Old Fashioned (gin-based old fashioned) was delicious. We started with the spinach artichoke dip and then ordered the foraged mushrooms and the gnocchi for sides. The sides are served family style (large portions), so it was overkill for two of us, but we couldn’t resist. We shared the filet flight and added scallops. It includes wagyu, grass-fed, and prime cuts for $99. We added scallops. Overall, and incredible dinner experience. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Denver.
Good place for a celebration with a group. I was happy to spend my birthday here. The appetizers were good though I’ve never had a tartare with so much citrus. The sides were great for sharing among a group of 6. I wish the filet flight was more appealing. We split a couple desserts which were had a more complex taste profile than expected which was great. Cocktails were good. Valet guy was super nice.
Guard and Grace has been at the top of my most anticipated restaurant list for a long time! And last night’s dinner was just spectacular, from start to finish. GG is certainly a restaurant for special events but it’s cool vibes, chill music, and relaxing lounge area makes it a prime place for everyday as well. The staff are so friendly and welcoming that you know immediately they all love working there. The hosts were accommodating and helped us get a booth so I could rest my leg injury. Eugene and Juan are so attentive and hospitable they took amazing care of us and helped us navigate the menu. Connor helped with our wine selection and it paired beautifully with the flight of steaks. The portions are generous something you don’t really expect at high end restaurants! Quality AND quantity mind blown! The highlights include the octopus (tender, large portions, hearty and uniquely spiced), oysters (fresh from West coast, briny, excellent mignonette), gnocchi (each piece was seared perfectly with truffle oil), Alaskan cod (dreamy piece of fish, generous portion), foraged mushrooms (earthy, paired perfectly with the gnocchi), CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIESSSSSS, sticky toffee pudding! We loved our experience so much we already made another reservation this summer. Thank you so much!
What ana amazing meal we had a few weeks ago at Guard and Grace. We were in the middle of a road trip and on our way into Denver my wife found the restaurant. She said the pictures she saw in reviews was making her mouth water so I knew we had to eat there. The food, service and ambiance we're perfect and we will tell all of our friends when in Denver it's a cannot miss meal.
Our first time eating at Guard and Grace and our experience was amazing. The decor was modern elegant. We sat at the bar waiting for our table and had a few of their very tasty craft drinks. All of the staff members were professional. Our server was Arthur, a seasoned veteran, and was amazing. He knew everything about the menu, the food, and the wine. He was very passionate about telling the story of how our food experience is going to go. We loved our experience and his suggestions. Our Appetizers: We loved the Sushi Taco, the Oak fried octopus both were great. Entrees: The NY Strip Flight tasting, and the Alaskan Black Cod. My steak flight was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The Cod was overall perfect. The sides: Oak grilled broccolini, the Gnocchi in a Truffle oil, and Parmigiano cheese. They were all very good. The Dessert: 7 Layer Chocolate Banana cake was a slice of Heaven on a plate. Our overall experience was superb. We will definitely revisit and recommend this restaurant. Thank you, Arthur, for making our dining experience a memorable one. You are at the top of the game. See you again.
