Domino's Pizza - Denver

I ordered a pizza this morning because of a new special they 're offering, I was left just enough money to have a pizza delivered for me and my sibling with a very low tip. Now i feel very bad as it is giving a small tip as i know tips are very important for drivers. But when the driver pulled up to drop off our pizza No contact as requested he proceeded to wait on our porch for 5-10 minutes, Standing next to the door, on the steps etc. So finally being so uncomfortable with this i went out to see if there was an issue. And immediately he tried asking me to sign off on a tip i never authorized on a credit card which i did not use to pay. When i asked how much it was for and that it was NOT the tip i had left he gave a very angry look and stormed off. I felt very uncomfortable with the fact he waited so long and tried to have me sign off on a tip i was unable to give. Very strange/bad experience,

They hung up on my friend while she was trying to place an order. Super unprofessional.

They messed up my order n couldn't talk to anyone else just the web site

I called to ask why we were charged a delivery fee after commercials have stated there is no delivery fee and the manager on duty was so rude. He told me that the commercial I saw was only for my area, but his store is my area it’s the one that we order from. So when I mentioned all of this he talked over me telling me I need to order something. Bad management why don’t the owners fix it?

... way easy to order on-line ... system got it right ... made it fast ... delivered to me fresh, hot and tasty ... Outstanding!
