Brazen Neighborhood Eatery - Denver

This was our first visit to Brazen. It will not be our last. We loved the vibe, the food, and the cocktails. We in particularly loved the music playlist. The team was GREAT.

Very good service and the food was great. When they say family style each dish is plenty for a table of four.

Our family (6 adults) loved this place! SUCH FUN sharing plates, everything was so delicious. The homemade marshmallows and graham cracker s'mores were especially yummy and fun to share a free treat from chef to celebrate our 3 birthdays!

Restaurant says they are family style but all their dishes are normal sized portions for individuals. Took average of 20 minutes in between dishes, even though all we ordered at the same time.

The food is really good, but everything is served tapas style. Which is totally fine, but they only bring one plate out at a time. Not fun if you 're hungry. We ordered 5 plates and it took over an hour and a half to get all of them. The bartender was very rude too, he seemed upset about being there. Told us to order everything at once, he won 't be adding more later. We waited 30 minutes for the last plate and needed to leave soon (we also prepaid for everything because of how long everything was taking), so told him we needed it as soon as possible. His response was we 're busy and rolled his eyes. Yeah, you 're busy, but the restaurant also has a stupid kitchen set up that only allows 3 cooks to feed an entire restaurant. If it were me, I would ditch the tapas idea and just serve entrees. Make it easier on yourself and customers. The owner did comp the last plate, which I 'm grateful.
