Banzai Sushi - Denver

Benzai has been one of my favorite Japanese restaurants for years. It's covered, but the food is always very good. The waiting staff is also great. I always get at least a small amount of speed. Your tempura is some of the best in Denver. The sushi is always very fresh.

In conversation with some of the staff in Banzai Sushi, I found out that this little restaurant will celebrate 50 years in the same place and whose management has changed only three times in all these years. Our server shared that when they first opened, there was a large Japanese American population. Over the years, the number of Japanese American families decreased sharply, but the quality of the Banzais menu has the test of time. My SO and I were not sure what to expect, but we came with high hopes and we were not disappointed. The sushi is fresh, tasty and we loved every bite. Banzai has a long list of sushi roles with pictures and detailed descriptions to choose from. It's a small place, so I recommend reservations. Enjoy!
