Arby's - Denver

Sandwiches seemed old. arbys are used freshly made, this time not so.

Actually quite good service and eating, just have to be clear what they want and need

Use a goodwill or deal price and they get a great value with delicious fresh food. Drive-thru can be a little slow, but it's worth it. manager really did me a solid on an order a few months ago when I mentioned that I liked salat, but the app wanted me for a little extra salat (and I usually fall the tomato anyway). I can't go wrong here.

Dining room not open for lunch, my big truck can’t drive through. Website says dine in available but it lies, go somewhere else

It was deserted when the Sonic next door was packed and now I see why. As soon as I pull up to the drive through I am greeted with welcome to Arby 's what do you want.. hurrry up .To treat every customer as if they are a bane on your existence is the epitome of terrible customer service. When I tried to order they didn 't even know what I ordered, I had to literally tell them which food item was on their own menu.After pulling up they immediately scoffed and walked away. I ended up telling them forget it and went to Sonic instead.To put it bluntly if you hate the customer you won 't have them.
