Whataburger - Denton

Worst experience yet. Messed up my order 3x in a matter of 10 minutes. Charged me wrong price at first they corrected that situation but still handed me wrong order. I was not rude or yelling at all just said I don't want to hear the excuses as theywere starting the refund but then started to refuse the refund and threaten to call police on me when I was very professionalnot cursing not yelling not even raising my voice until that still never cursing there was no reason to threaten police andrefuse my refund. This was very unprofessional conduct. Finally handed my refund but still threatened to call police on me nevershould have been threatened to begin with. This manager needs fired

There were 2 of us ordered separately. I got my food but my lunch partner didn't get her food while at least 10 or more others had gotten their orders. Probably 30 minutes I went up to try to get her order (she walks not very well with a cane). They weremore concerned that I stepped across the line to kitchen than the delay of her food. Do NOT recommend eating in.

One of the whataburgers they should avoid in denton is literally every other location in order. as a former employee I have seen how the condition of this place is getting worse and worse. from the physical attack to the green-brown-red form, which grows on the drinking machines. it will be a complete management overhaul to fix the place.

We came there with a small school group. The young lady taking the orders was very kind patient. However, they would not open a 2nd register, so ordering took a wry, very long time. They served most of the food efficiently, but no one was helping make the milk shakes the kids ordered. Friendly service, but needs better management in the ordering department. They lost some customers because of the long line.

I made the mistake of going in there at 12:30. I had to wait awhile for my food, but it was really good. Worth the wait. I'll definitely be back, just not during a meal time
