Whataburger - Denton

My patty melt had raw meat. I was told that it was sometimes normal because they set timers and cook it for set time. I was offered a free brownie, or to cook another burger. I didn't want another burger as I ate most of first one before I noted redmeat????. I didn't hear an offer of returned money????So I just left. The manager was nice and friendly. Not rude orinsensitive. I just thought more concern could be given for raw meat. Maybe a refund offer. Anyway, check meat before eating??????

Day shift rocks! Meal was prepped to perfection seating area was clean, people are courteous and quick! Everything was fantastic.

I have to give it to me from my face on this whataburger. they were muded and the staff was in harmonie. they did all their own tasks and there was no dispute among the employees. eating was on the spot and the timer never ran long before they were silenced.

I love whataburger! the one at university is the best. very friendly and my eating is always made to my satisfaction

In a world where mcdonald constantly forgets to be able to remove from my food and Jack-in-the-Box goes so far to add cheese to objects that don't even normally have it, whataburger stands as a shining example of an almost food burger restaurant that actually bothers to repeat my order to me again to make sure that it is correct and then go to me. it is so a low bar other place not to meet that it is honestly sad that I praise whataburger to meet it. Nevertheless, credit where credit is due: the foods are always good and not included by lactose, at least for items where they can be removed. Unfortunately, the company has not yet developed any readily available non-dairic cookies. also one of the employees (if I knew his name, so I could appreciate him) working the night shift is always a funny encounter, with a certain living je ne sais quoi, which I never see in other restaurants that are late in the night. will update this review with his name when I see him.
