Bidra med feedbackMy husband and I ordered from here yesterday, and both our tacos hardly had meat, and his crunch wrap literally only had meat In the very last bite of it. Both of my chalupas has maybe 4 pieces of meat in there and more sour cream then taco. Taco Bell is getting ridiculously stingy for their frozen meat that they microwave. I will never come to this place again. The food was not worth it for the price we paid. I could have made tortillas with lettuce and cheese at home. Smh.
No sense of customer service. Ordered one Mexican Pizza from the Kiosk. Waited 15 minutes. No other customers placed dine-in orders during my stay; I was the Only one in the dining room the entire time. Checked on order after 15 min., was told they were getting to it Waited 5 more minutes, saw no progress, asked for a refund. Vanessa C glared at me the entire time she was processing the refund, as she told me her DT screen was full as I said that was really not my concern. She then told me I needed more patience Need to review Service Recovery Steps 1) Sorry about the wait, here is a fountain drink. 2) I will make your order right away. 3) Simple as that. While I was waiting, a family of 3 came up to Vanessa and said they were not comfortable using the kiosk, and asked if she could take their order at the register. She told them that was not possible, and they left. More lost revenue, all could have been reversed with a good attitude from the person in charge.
A typical taco bell, not much else to say. Usually good with speed, lack more on listening and customer focus. Messed up my sister's order when she asked for less of the spicy jalapeño sauce for her quesadilla. Unfortunately she simply couldn't eat it due to the spice, so I had to eat it for her. Had that not been the case, it would have gone to waste as we were already home and you know nobody really wants to go back to the drive thru to deal with this kind of thing. Should have been right the first time. Update: Finally gave this place a second chance after a year and they completely butchered the chicken quesadilla I ordered on door dash. Jalapeño sauce was only on one section, cheese wasn't even the right cheese and even uncooked to top it off. Looks like they threw it on to cook for 2 seconds and then couldn't be bothered with it anymore. Order was made around 1am, time is 1:12 at time of arrival. Whoever was on shift and made this quesadilla needs to be retrained or something because what the hell even is this? Quesadilla isn't even cut or in the right packaging unless the packaging has changed but I dont see why it would have.
That's less meat than I feed my 6 lb dog. this place was earlier okay, but progressiw worsened. for sour cream and tomato extra paid, but not. (at several locations for the one in the picture, I was told that the physical input does not add-on, although the app reception does, there is nothing they can do. I also had a problem with dingen that was missing from my order at a previous visit. I was told that my acknowledgement is honoured and they would regain the order for me. but the manager was supposedly ill and could not be contacted so that this was never honored. I'm always super nice to this place because I get that it's quick to eat and deal with it. but if I keep slipping the dinge, it adds me to lose a lot of my gelding. Trust me, we've got so much dia because I really like taco bell. if I pay extra for things, it feels like I've been cheated if I don't get what I paid for. yes, it's cheap fast eating, but that doesn't mean that customers have taken their money out of no reason.
I’m usually understanding of the whole understaffing issue, and what not but this is quite out of hand. We got here at 10:20pm with 6 cars in front of us, it is now 11:40 and I am still currently waiting in line with another car in front of me. If this location has this bad of an issue with understaffing , then they should just close down for the day.
