Bidra med feedbackIf I could judge 0 stars, I would. There were so many people in the building that people were waiting outside in the cold. My pizza came to me, INSGESAMT raw. It fell into my hands. One of the employees involved in frustrated customers was visibly high.
You don 't expect a lot from Little Caesars. I get that, truly. I entered Little Caesars at University a little after 3pm. No one was out front, so I waited patiently at the counter. There was no one else in the store at the time I arrived. I waited about a minute before I saw there was an employee in the back preparing an order. They saw me walk in and wait at the counter, and then continued working as if I simply wasn 't there for 10 minutes. It 's not hard to say, Welcome! Sorry for the wait, I 'll be with you in a couple of minutes. I shouldn 't have to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone, let alone find out you have no hot and ready pizzas. Also, no hot and ready pizza on a Saturday? Odd, but ok. Finally, a sour faced woman, who I later found to be named Daprida, walked to the front and stood there staring into deep space, or perhaps the Dominoes across the street, I couldn 't be sure. Hello, may I order a pizza? I asked. Daprida looked at me with her eyes dead and glazed over, she was not feeling most-bestest. She sked in a voice quiet and lacking energy, What would you like? So I ordered a sausage and pineapple pizza. I noticed I was only charged for a sausage pizza, so I asked, Will that have the pineapple on it? And she nodded at me, Yes. I took my receipt and waited the 10 minutes for what came out as a plain sausage pizza. I 'm not the type to send food back, because that 's wasteful, but please don 't treat me poorly because you hate your job or your life. Get counseling, another job, or maybe consider smiling more? Food service sucks, so please take care of yourself. Daprida I hope you have a better day.
Customer service lacks friendliness. They maybe had about 3-4 people and made a LOT of pizzas that they just left there and didn't pass out to the customers (unless they had a HUGE order for someone). They are slow and didn't have any pizzas ready (the basic ones). About 7 people were all waiting for our orders and its been more than 20min wait. I understand they may be understaffed but at least they could plan in advance?... I will order ahead next time or have it delivered.
Ordered online for a single cheese pizza. App said it would be ready in 20 to 25 mins. Went up there and saw a lobby full of people. The staff was all hiding in the back of the kitchen. After finally waiting about q 10 to 15 minutes a male came up and asked how many people had online orders. There were six of us. He couldn't remember all the names. I suggested he get a pen and paper and he still tried the remember the names though he couldn't. After another 5 minutes of them trying to figure things out, they finally brought a few orders up. I could see about 10 to 15 pizzas just lying around in the back. The pizza we had was cold. Asked for refund but that seemed to confuse the male cashier like he just has a malfunction. I'll call management and ask for a refund later.
Thought we'd try something different. Eh, wrong move. The crazy bread was floating in grease and looks and tastes like it was undercooked and not risen. The Asiago pepperoni mozzarella pizza didn't look half as good as the commercial, which is really what prompted us to try it. And the cheesiest cheese pizza was just ok. It wasn't the worst pizza we had, but wasn't the best. Think we'll stick with dominoes next time. Sincerely disappointed.
