The vegan options were clearly labeled and surprisingly delicious!

My wife and I dined at this restaurant last night and absolutely loved the Ravioli. It's labeled as vegetarian on the menu, but it's clearly vegan and even comes with a sprinkle of vegan cheese. Our server kindly showed us the ingredients list for their dinner rolls, confirming they are also vegan, and they provided extra virgin olive oil for dipping since we don't use butter. Before we were seated, the hostess mentioned that they have a Beyond Burger available, which wasn’t actually listed on the menu. I also noticed a beet burger but didn’t inquire about its vegan status since we were already excited about the ravioli, which is completely homemade with fresh pasta and packed with vegetables as advertised. It was delicious!
