Gourmet Waffle Shop Cafe - Denison

So I'm going to try to be as positive as I can in this review. I enjoyed the service, I was attended to quickly and treated good. Though the food, the coffee basically everything I had. Was extremely bland. The coffee is didn't even drink because it actually tastes like hot water. I could not taste the actual coffee, maybe it's because I make my coffee so strong but who knows. The entire meal was just so unremarkable. I don't know how this place has 5 star reviews but that's not to say they couldn't achieve 5 star quality. It's just not there right now. I wish them good luck.

Small, family owned breakfast place is open until 2 PM to serve lunch. Home cooking style place. Always good. Been there for years. I had a chicken sandwich and baked potato for lunch and have no complaimts.

This was our first visit and it was good. They were very busy and a little short staffed so it was little slow. They serve coffee in heavy styrofoam instead of cups and some entrees are on paper plates. The cinnamon hotcake and the homemade biscuits were delicious. The eggs breakfast was typical diner breakfast. It was good. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Good diner vibe. We will definitely come back!

Nice little restaurant. We went for a boxing tournament in Denison and stopped by to eat. The food was good and the waitress was super friendly. The only thing the plain hashbrown need so seasoning.

Great little place. Very attentive waitress and the food servings are a good size and good price.
