Tona Chiringuito Beach Bar Restaurant

We have been to this restaurant several times past years with different experiences. It seems like the staffs competence gets worse for each year, and they also get younger. Some of them are really trying to do their best, but it's not working at all. Last week we had to wait about 10 min to get someones attention before we could order two simple Gin tonics. After waiting for 15 minutes another waiter came to the table and informed us that they didn't have the Gin we ordered, so we had to order another type. 10 minutes later she arrived with the drinks which one of them didn't had a simple little lemon slice. We had planned to eat dinner there, but choosd to leave instead. It is a shame that this restaurant are taking advantage of the good location and care less about their customers, that is short term thinking in our opinion.

Three weeks in Spain and we found this little gem the day before our return. What a place best food of the holiday, well presented and reasonably priced. All the seafood we ate was amazing the cod being my personal favourite. Great location we had never been to Denia but will return just to eat lunch here.

Firstly this place not to be confused with Ca Tona in Denia itself. This chiringuito right on the beach in Les Marines , more or less behind El Barril . (where you would park the car) then walk down side access path to the beach and its on the left. It provides a good menu we all stuck with rice and fish. That's what it is known for. It was good. The service was very slow due to staff shortage. You pay for the setting and on a very hot day nothing beats its shady position taking in the sea air and views. Try it!

Al lado de la playa. La comida es excelente pero hay bastante descontrol, por lo menos a la hora del almuerzo.

Admiten perros, ideal para tomar un refrigerio mirando al mar. Poca gente y buena atención
