Ihop - Denham Springs

Went here for a free short-stack promotion. My wife had gone earlier in the day and her bill was $0, she left a tip. I went later for my promo. Waitress lied and told me they can't ring up a $0 bill. Bought an overpriced soda as put on the spot. Paid, left, etc. Annoyed but thought nothing of it. Get credit card bill and they added money to the tip. It's not worth it to complain about it but you've lost my business for lying and being shady.

We've been here several times, and it's okay. Tonight though is our last time. All of our food was either undercooked, cold or soggy. We did sit next to a group of Karens and their ill behaved kids, and I know that was part of the problem where our food sat and sat for over 35 minutes. I get being understaffed but management needs to get it together. Management needs to check their cameras and fire the ones who stand by, chit chat and then hide when customers walk by. It's a disgrace to have multiple people on the clock but just one person working her tail off.

My Granddaughter wanted IHOP for her birthday breakfast so off we went! The place was packed with people going to the parade. They got us seated in a short wait. The menu no longer had her choice of pancakes. However, our server April took extra steps to put a smile on her face with a surprise topping on her pancakes. Thank you for that! She ate every bite!!

Too cold in the building to enjoy your food , they do this so you will hurry up and leave ..well it works
