Firehouse Subs Denham Bass Pro

Great service, I usually get the same thing every time I visit. The smokehouse and a cup of chili. The chili on this visit was cold this time. It still tasted great, and I'm not the kind of person to send things back... I ate it anyways. Other then that, great visit.

Horrible customer service. Sandwich was sloppy and not made correctly as I requested.

I asked for the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and asked for the ranch on the side (they usually put too much). So I receive the sandwich and it has ranch on it. I asked for a remake and this is what I received. I guess because they were closing the jerk didn’t want to remake my sandwich when it was his mistake in the first place. Spent $30 at this place for this type of service. I will not be retuning to this place, only for my refund.

The only reason I’m giving one star is so I can give a review. On Sunday Sep 24 6pm at this specific location I ordered Hot Smoke BBQ sandwich and also I ordered a Turkey Bacon ranch sandwich. There was NO Barbecue Sauce and the sandwich was Cold on my Supposedly HOT Smoke Barbecue brisket sub. And on my Turkey Bacon Ranch sun the Bacon was RAW!!! I’m sure NOT all Firesub locations are disgusting like this one and I have a lot of respect and appreciate for the firefighters that own these establishments. But they really need to look into this location because if I could of have I wouldn’t have given a single star to this location but then I wouldn’t have been able to give a review

They put my sandwich on the wrong kinda bread. But they are nice and friendly when you come in. Food looks and tastes
