Cheese Burger Homemade Onion Rings Was Excellent!!! Will definitely be back if in this area again!! ?

After hearing about this place for years, I decided to get a takeout order after working in my yard all day and not feeling like going sit in a restaurant for dinner. I ordered the Cheese Burger Combo Meal! Upon arriving at the time they gave me, I was surprised to see no one in the parking lot or the restaurant. I walked up to the door and pulled, it was locked? I knocked on the door, bc I could see a couple of people cleaning up and someone else walked up and unlocked the door. When I told the lil girl that I was there to pick up my to go order, she asked my name and then said, okay I will get it! She came back to the door, which she had closed so I was standing outside, and handed me a brown paper bag and said… Here You go, then she turned around, locked the door and turned out the exterior lights. I was a bit confused as to why they were closing, so I took the bag, got in my truck and started for home and that’s when I realized… She didn’t give me the drink that I ordered. No use going back, I was sure no one would answer the phone or the door. I get home and open the bag… wow. Not what I expected!!! The fries were obviously cooked hours earlier, and so greasy!!! I pull the burger out and it is flattened down as though it was smashed for some reason!? I take the top bun off and discover that my Cheeseburger, has no cheese and the other toppings are all wilted like this burger was made hours bf I called to order it. I picked at the burger and the meat patty was tasty but it was cold! I firmly believe that they took my order and then simply threw whatever fries and a burger they had leftover from the dinner crowd and threw it in a bag, bc I had already paid for a meal!!! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt bc it was close to their closing time, but they never mentioned this to me when I was ordering, and honestly it shouldn’t matter… I should have gotten what I ordered!!! This was my first and Last time ordering from them and in good faith, I would never recommend them to anyone else!!!

Tried Denham Patty for the first time. It looks like a small little out of the way burger joint, but the food was excellent-burger and onion ring’s delicious, everything was clean, dining room cute, and the staff was very nice and helpful- made you feel right at home. Will definitely return!

Got at Mushroom Swiss Burger and cheese Burger. Hands down best burger in Denham Springs. Cheese sticks and onion rings were amazing also. Will not get a burger anywhere else in town!

On Saturday evening, I picked up my call in order of 2 burger and fries combos. Got home to find the hamburger burnt on both sides. It was horrible. We have always loved Denham Patty but after Saturday night. It will be awhile before we return if we do at all.
