I just want to shout out everything about this location. The food is always consistent and delicious, but the staff is what makes my visit every time I'm there. The entire staff (especially Liz and Ashley are absolutely fantastic. No matter how busy they are, they are ALWAYS friendly and efficient. They both really embody what excellent customer service is about. Denham Springs Chick fil A thanks for always being so great! Keep it up!

Manager ran into parking lot yelling at me. I had thrown a very small bag of trash in the dumpster before walking in to order food. I explained I was traveling and parked a boat out back. I’m 60 years old and have never been yelled at so rudely even after explaining that I was a customer he yelled in my face as I approached him. Did not even let me talk to him. If you don’t want anything thrown in there put up a sign, don’t stand in the parking lot yelling at your customers. If you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen!!!

This location is one of our favorites to visit. The staff is always on top of their game and willing to help in any way they can. Never a bad visit yet
