Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, great company, and delicious food. It was a bit quieter than I had anticipated, but the meal was exceptional and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend.
The restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. It was definitely worth the price and we will be coming back for sure.
I made a reservation and arrived at the restaurant half an hour early. The hostess told me to wait in the bar and ask if I wanted to start a tab. While waiting for our drinks, the bartender seemed overwhelmed with customers and asked for payment right away. To simplify things, I paid with my card. After our drinks arrived and we finished them, nobody came to seat us despite our reservation. I sought out the hostess who seemed disorganized and asked if I had a reservation. It didn't inspire much confidence. She eventually found us a table in a corner near the door and handed us menus without offering more drinks. We waited for a while before deciding to leave if nothing improved. Finally, a young waitress took our order and we decided to stay. The food was delicious; my wife enjoyed the hoisin duck and I had a burger. The food made up for the service mishaps, but we were disappointed with the slow service and lack of attention to detail. We may not rush back to this restaurant.
Starting with the positive, a beautiful location, simple parking and a very ambiente. we were a group of four and ordered the appetizers that were very well presented and delicious. for the net we ordered two Katsu chicken curries, a Rib Eyeen steak rare and a Hoisin ceiling with stir fried mixed vegetables and noodles. the two curries were very good, but the steak appeared very pale in the color, suggesting that it was not properly thought on the outside. my dish was a very large part of almost suppe as consistency with no stir fried vegetables and incredibly sweet, so much I had to add salt three times and could not yet overdo the sweet. the cook could not have tasted this dish before it was served. they expect the waitress to come back as they should do to check everything was ok they didn't. After I was bored to eat my dish, I left the rest and since my friend was not impressed by his steak we decided to skip whisper and so ask for the bill. Once again we were not asked if everything was in order and would we like a sweet one? we paid the bill and the girl just went with absolutely no comment from her. As a special night we did not really want to complain and pamper the beautiful evening. if they respond and try to say that hoisin ente is a sweet dish, I would agree, but after the detailed travel in the far east and eat this dish also in the usa must taste the cooking and check his food before it goes. my sister has eaten in the white house before she likes the gluten-free options and had good previous meals with them. my critique is aimed only at dinge that are easily fixed to improve their entire service.
