Tony’s Fish Chips - Denbighshire

The food is excellent, you can't go wrong with it. The chips taste homemade and the friendly staff make you feel right at home.

This restaurant is not for me. I cannot understand how 19 people rated it 5 stars. The chips were possibly the worst I have ever tasted.

This restaurant serves the best fish and chips I have ever had. There may be a wait, but it is worth it for the delicious, freshly cooked fish.

Still open during lockdown in the evening, closing at 8pm. Only two allowed in the shop at a time, for social distancing, which is great, but I was the only customer in there at the time anyway and my fiance waited in the car. Lovely friendly staff. Ordered freshly battered large haddock with chips and mushy peas. Absolutely delicious, so fresh and clean tasting. The batter on the fish was lovely, not too thick and stodgy, just enough and crisp. Best fish and chips we have had for a long time! They do a variety of meals and homemade sauces too. It's obviously well looked run and we will be back!
